-Visual inspection of the entire roof system and related details.

-Care sampling and analysis to depict roof system configuration.

-Thorough moisture surveys to determine if water migration or saturation has occurred.

-Remedial water testing and examination of roof details to determine leak origins.

-Use of testing laboratories to evaluate and interpret field data.

-Final reports outlining findings, opinions, recommendations (long/short term), cost parameters (re-roofs or repairs) and specifications for corrective action.

We inform our clients as to our findings in a written format that can be easily understood by those not versed in these procedures.
